Feeling Tired?

In the midst of being tired and wanting to go to sleep, I choose to Praise God.

I sing verse 1 and 2 of Psalm 121, I will lift up my eyes to the hills from which cometh my help. My help cometh from the Lord.  As I begin to worship and sing to the Lord, my strength is renewed.   As I continue to worship, I feel the tiredness lift, until it is gone. My mind and body is renewed.  I am refreshed!

121 I will lift up mine eyes unto the hills, from whence cometh my help. ² My help cometh from the Lord, which made heaven and earth. ³ He will not suffer thy foot to be moved: he that keepeth thee will not slumber. ⁴ Behold, he that keepeth Israel shall neither slumber nor sleep. ⁵ The Lord is thy keeper: the Lord is thy shade upon thy right hand. ⁶ The sun shall not smite thee by day, nor the moon by night. ⁷ The Lord shall preserve thee from all evil: he shall preserve thy soul. ⁸ The Lord shall preserve thy going out and thy coming in from this time forth, and even for evermore.

When you are feeling tired and need to be renewed, trying worshipping the Lord and say no to the candy, soda, chips, popcorn, cake, coffee and tea.   🙂

God said let us make man in our image. Then he created male and female and blessed his creation. Genesis 1:26-28. When God blessed us, he gave his stamp of approval. He was saying what he made was good.  So if God says he made  you and you are good, why do you not think of yourself in the same way?  God does not make junk!  You are unique and no one else can replace you.  So, this day declare that  I  am good, I shall succeed in Christ Jesus because God has already approved me!

Prayer

I am a child of God by Faith in Christ Jesus. I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling in God in Christ Jesus. Christ Jesus has saved me and called  me with a holy calling not according to my works but according to his purpose. He is my refuge and my fortress my God in him will I trust.  I humbly submit myself to your will  Christ Jesus. Lead me and use me this day. Amen!

Thanksgiving

Thanksgiving is day in which we gather together with family and friends giving thanks to God for what his done.  Thanking God for family and friends. Thanking God for being  in our right mind and to be amongst the land of the living. Thanking God for the food that was provided so we may fellowship with family and friends.

Foolish or Wise?

We all make mistakes.  Yes we do! Some mistakes are because of poor judgement or following the wrong crowd.  It is when we continue to make the same mistake and not learn from our past that makes us foolish.  A fool persists in their folly. Proverbs 13:16  God desires that we have his spirit, wisdom and understanding in all manners of workmanship. Exodus 35:31

Dear Lord Jesus, grant us wisdom, knowledge and understanding. You said Lord we have not because we ask not. So Lord we are asking you and thanking you in Mighty Name of Jesus for wisdom, knowledge and understanding. Amen!

Harvest

You can not get a harvest until you 1st sow a seed. The seed has to planted then in time, there will be a harvest. While the earth remains, there will be seed-time and harvest time. Genesis 8:22

The sower went to sow his seed. Some seed fell on bad soil and some on good soil. The ones that fell on the bad soil, immediately sprung up but died because it had no root. The ones that fell on good soil, yielded some crops. Some hundred fold, some sixty and some thirty. Matthew 13:1-9

We represent the sower who is planting the seed. The seed is our money. Depending on where our money is being sowed will render either an abundance or lack.  If we sow our money into the Kingdom of God, God will bless it and multiply it.  Bring all the tithes into the store house so that there may be meat in my house and God will pour out his blessing. Malachi 8-10  In the Kingdom of God there are all types of precious stones and the street of the city is made of pure God. Revelation 21:18-21 In the Lords prayer we are asking God’s will be done on earth.  There is no need for money in heaven the need is here on earth.  Sow into the Kingdom of God to provide for the spreading of the gospel and you will rep a harvest.

He Said Live!

When the Lord passed by,He saw you polluted and in your own blood. He said LIVE!  Ezekiel 16:4.  When the Lord sees you giving up and in despair, He says LIVE!  When the Lord hears you calling out for help on the bed of affliction and hears His word.  The Lord says LIVE!

The Lord came so that we may have life and have it more abundantly! John 10:10.

Light and Truth

1st John 1: 5-10 King James Version (KJV) ⁵ This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. ⁶ If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth:⁷ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.⁸ If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us.⁹ If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.¹⁰ If we say that we have not sinned, we make him a liar, and his word is not in us.

 

God is light and there is not darkness in Him.  If we walk with God, we are walking with light. God’s light represents righteousness and truth. According merriam-webster.com one of the definitions of light is truth.  Righteousness is defines as free from guilt or sin. The Light exposes darkness, wrong doing.  Darkness and light can not dwell together. Light will outshine the darkness. So, if we are living a life of deception, by day we are peaceful and loving and by night total chaos causing all kinds of troubling, fussing and cussing.  The light will show us what we are doing wrong and give instructions to make correction.   That is God’s truth helping us to get back in right relation with him. We were created in God’s image to bear his LIGHT!

Let Your Light Shine 1 John 1:5-7

1 John 1:5-7 King James Version (KJV) ⁵ This then is the message which we have heard of him, and declare unto you, that God is light, and in him is no darkness at all. ⁶ If we say that we have fellowship with him, and walk in darkness, we lie, and do not the truth: ⁷ But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

God is light. When we accept the Lord Jesus as our Savior, we take on His light.  The light of God is the same light within the Lord Jesus.  Being in God’s light causes us to be in  fellowship Him. Our fellowship with God/the Lord Jesus, allows Him to abide in us and we in Him.  The more we abide in Him, our light will shine ever so brightly.  That is God’s light in us will shine. Now, because we are abiding in Jesus, the Blood of Jesus cleanses us from our sins. Glory to God! We have God’s light and are cleansed by the Blood of Jesus.
