Who Can Quench Your Thirst

Beloved, there is one who wants to quench your thirst so that you will never be thirsty. His water is all-powerful. This water is from the Almighty One. Once you take a drink, you will not thirst for any other.

John 4:13-14 King James Version (KJV) 13 Jesus answered and said unto her, Whosoever drinketh of this water shall thirst again: 14 But whosoever drinketh of the water that I shall give him shall never thirst; but the water that I shall give him shall be in him a well of water springing up into everlasting life.

Dear Lord, you promised that anyone who drinks from your fountain, will never be thirsty. I pray Lord that you fill up the cup of all who are reading this and have their cup overflow and may it never run dry. You are Jehovah Jirah, our provider. Amen!

Be Blessed!

Your Words

Proverbs 6:2 King James Version (KJV)

2 Thou art snared with the words of thy mouth, thou art taken with the words of thy mouth.

Your words can help you succeed or fail. The words that you speak have power and the way your respond determines your direction.  So, the next time a person says something about you that is unwarranted or totally wrong. Smile and think before you respond. You do not need to respond every time. Sometimes the best response is no response.

Trust Him

Proverbs 30:5 King James Version

5 Every word of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in him.

Just like a child trusts that their parents will protect them, the same is true with God. The question is are you willing to trust God?

Be Blessed!

Need to Recharge

There are days when I feel tired, weak, grumpy and my patience runs thin real quick. That is when I know I need to recharge. I need to recharge with the word of the Lord. Now, do I really want to get out of my bed and pick up the Bible? Nope! Finally after sometime has passed, I begin to pray while in the bed. Now I feel myself getting stronger. My inner man is getting stronger and raising up. Now, I get the word of God and speak His word. I put on the whole armour of God.

Ephesians 6:13-20 (King James Version)

13 Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. 14 Stand therefore, having your loins girt about with truth, and having on the breastplate of righteousness; 15 And your feet shod with the preparation of the gospel of peace; 16 Above all, taking the shield of faith, wherewith ye shall be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked. 17 And take the helmet of salvation, and the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God: 18 Praying always with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, and watching thereunto with all perseverance and supplication for all saints; 19 And for me, that utterance may be given unto me, that I may open my mouth boldly, to make known the mystery of the gospel, 20 For which I am an ambassador in bonds: that therein I may speak boldly, as I ought to speak.

I am no longer feeling so weak and I am not tired. I have been renewed.

Do you need to be renewed?

Be Blessed!

Called to Serve

Hello Beloved,

We are all called to serve. Serve is defined as perform duties or services. We are called to help each other overcome a problem and provide words of hope. If you are a parent, you serve your family. If you are a boss, you serve the individuals who report to you.

On this day, tell someone they did a good job. Tell someone “yes they can make it” or just smile at the person in front of you. Take the time out to help someone with no expectation of getting anything back. Just be there for them.  In doing so, you are being Christ like.

Be Blessed!
